A key aspect of this modification is that the factory control is retained - the ECU controls the valve faster than any pneumatic valve. This is a huge advantage while the factory solution has weaknesses in the form of plastic parts.

FigerSPEC's DV+ valve solves this problem by replacing the plastic parts with a CNC machined aluminum housing and a brass piston made to exacting tolerances.

The result of the modification is no boost retention problems, crisp throttle response and lightning-fast valve performance. All this does not require the slightest modification to the controller software or other engine components.

A huge advantage of the proposed solution is the low cost of the modification compared to competing products that completely replace the factory valve. Such modification is definitely more expensive, more complicated and ultimately the valve works very slowly driven by additional sensors.

FigerSPEC's solution is a guarantee of proper operation and no errors in the ECU. What's more, the DV+ valve does not require changing springs in case of higher boost. It is simply maintenance-free.
