Golf 7 GTI R Audi A3 S3 Seat Skoda 1.8/2.0T turbo muffler eliminator
The factory turbocharger is equipped with a muffler that eliminates sounds coming from the turbocharger. Removing the muffler and increasing the diameter significantly improves throttle response to the accelerator pedal and sound.
The FigerSPEC muffler eliminator is CNC machined from anodized aluminum, making it completely safe for the engine. Competing products are covered with poor-quality paint that peels off over time and then finds its way into the system, which can cause serious failure.
The product fits IHI turbochargers: IS12, IS20 and IS38 found in vehicles:
- VW Golf MK7 / GTI / R / ED40 (1.8 and 2.0TSI)
- Audi A3 / S3 8V (1.8 and 2.0TFSI)
- Audi S1 EA888 2.0TFSI
- Audi A4 B8 / B9 2.0TFSI
- Audi A5 B8 / B9 2.0 TFSI
- Audi A6 C6 / C7 2.0TFSI
- Audi Q5 2.0TFSI
- Audi TT / TTS 2.0TFSI (EA888 Gen 3)
- Skoda Octavia / VRS (1.8 and 2.0TFSI EA888 Gen 3)
